Test and Repair Center Support (TRC)
Test and repair center is responsible for ensuring that the spares are repaired and tested for the quality and rotated fast for the better turn around time. TRC, one of the key departments, able to supports majority of the new technology with the help of highly skilled and experienced engineers. This builds lot of confidence in the field engineers resulting into offering high level of Service Level performances to customers.
Technical Support Group ( TSG)
Technical Support Group is a set of highly skilled and experienced group of Engineers always available in the Head office. This enviable strong technical backbone ensures that no technical solution goes unheard and no customer is deprived for the technical consulting on all the platforms. TSG undertakes following operations
- Rapid Resolution on the Phone to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
- Field Engineer’s training for new technologies
- Technology consulting for the customer
In house Stores Dept
Stores dept, which caters to the requirements of all the field support, maintains the inventory, which is meticulously monitored with the changing needs of the customers, consumption levels and criticality of the customer commitments. Stores Department stocks spares for machines support like RICHO, PANASONIC, ACCORD, GLOBAL HP, SAMSUNG, SHARP, CANON, XEROX, and KODAK etc.
Our network spread across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Raigad and Boiser. Besides our Head Office at Mumbai, we have branch office at Navi Mumbai. We are also Covering Area of Navi Mumbai, Taloja, Panvel, Uran, Alibag (Raigadh District), Thane, Kalyan (Thane District), Boiser, Tarapur and Dhanu Road.
